Doosan Puma 2100GT Lathe added to the workshop

Vulcan Offshore has recently invested in a brand new Doosan Puma 2100GT lathe with driven tooling to add to our manufacturing capablilities. The lathe was put in to use from day one manufacturing complex and high tolerance parts from stainless steel (304, 316 and 17-4PH). In addition manufacturing for customers, the machine is also being used internally to improve the accuracy and time required for fabricated products, this includes machining components from various grades of mild steel. Vulcan Offshore has invested in a wide range of tooling to allow us to complete drilling, boring, threading, internal and external tapping in a variety of materials.
