WELDING

Vulcan Offshore are able to provide welding services for steel, stainless steel, aluminium and various exotic materials. 

Examples of the types of welding work we undertake are:

• MIG
• ARC/MMA
• TIG

We have experience welding pipe, plate and sheet metals of thicknesses from <1mm up to 60mm

With certified CSWIP welding inspectors we ensure that our work is the highest possible standard. All of our welding is appropriately inspected using methods such as dye penetrant testing. 

MACHINING

Vulcan Offshore are able to provide machining services to clients based upon existing designs, or by completing a design to a clients specification.

We can machine from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics.

The machining services we can offer are:

• Turning 
• Milling
• Drilling
